Joe Meyer took these pictures on May 16th and reports the following.

The water level in the pool has not gone down in at least two weeks. The pool has been open for lap swim when the water level was similar.

There are cracks in the grout along the gutter and upper part of the pool. Since the pool has not been grouted in 5+ years (prior to which it had been grouted every 1-2 years) an unprejudiced person's first guess might be that it is time to regrout rather than to close the pool and initiate $100,000 worth of dispair.
